Kaibab / Paiute & Hopi Nations

Harris Environmental completed assessments across hundreds of thousands of acres on Native American lands, including those of the Kaibab Paiute and Hopi in Arizona, in coordination with the Bureau of Indian Affairs and respective tribal natural resource departments. These assessments have included vegetation transect surveys, species inventory, plant composition by weight, plant production, and soil analyses. Data was used to update maps and livestock grazing allotments, while also providing museum quality specimens for herbariums.
